Welcome to the 2024 Fall Tackle Football Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Camp Springs Boys and Girls Club (CSBGC).

If you are registering more than one player in your family for the  2024 Tackle Football Program, you will receive a 10% discount on the 2nd child, and all additional children.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at one  time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family’s discounted rates.***

CSBGC does not provide cash refunds. Sport Fee refunds, if granted,  will be  credited back to the credit or debit card used for payment.  Refunds will only be issued to the individual who registered the child. Refunds are only granted under very limited circumstances.

IDENTIFICATION CARD

All players desiring to play on a County Football team are required to have either a current MVA Identification Card,  Passport, Military Id, other State Id or a County Sanction 'Yellow' Card, as a form of eligibility verification.  An Identification card is required prior to the beginning of the football season/.  

The CSBGC Football Program will no longer obtain Yellow Cards; however, we will continue to use existing valid Yellow Cards. If your child does not already have a valid Yellow Card, you will need to obtain an MVA Identification Card.
